Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the appliance in its original box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
